From design engineering components, to scheduling and deadline management, we can also take care of the logistics of moving finished parts throughout the UK, Europe and North America. Leaving our customers to focus on winning tournaments and storming ahead of the competition.
Composites
Composite components are the backbone of what we offer, from the latest digital cutting software to tailored clean room and trim shops designed to support the repeatability of high-end visual components and structurally sound assemblies.
Brick Kiln Composites can offer our customers a truly turnkey experience, from design engineering and pattern making, to composite manufacture and a wide range of inspection methods including CMM and NDT.

CNC Machining
Our Machine Shop works in tandem with our Composite facilities ensuring our customers the smoothest, and fastest, possible service from receiving customer designs to producing a finished component.
With 3 precision CNC machines we can achieve repeatable and precise components time and time again.
In addition, our machine capacity allows us to offer services for bespoke and small-scale pattern and mould manufacture, as well as various forms of inserts and mandrels.
We also offer a stand-alone machining service for parts which leave the building straight to customers without going through the composite side of the business.
Brick Kiln Machine Shop facilities include:
Haas UMC 750 – A simultaneous 5-axis Machining Centre with axis travel of (X)762 x (Y)508 x (Z)508 mm
Haas VF3-SS – 3-axis Machining Centre with the addition of a 2-axis trunnion allowing for 5-axis machining.
Doosan Puma GT2100 – 2″ spindle bore with an 8-station turret. A leading CNC lathe of it’s size, allowing for complex turning to a very high standard.
CAM Programming licenses for Hypermill and Autodesk Powermill.
CAD license for Powershape Ultimate.
We can also offer customers design services for jigs and tooling moulds, and can provide services including large pattern machining and full BOM acquisition through our many trusted suppliers and partners allowing customers the smoothest, most complete service.
